Yasmin-F. Berger is the owner of Berger Consultants and founded her company in 2022. Having previously held several management positions in various industries, Yasmin brings with her comprehensive expertise in HR consulting.
Dirk Berger
Recruiting Consultant
Dirk Berger also joined us in 2023, shortly after Rania. Even though he has the same last name as the owner, there is no family relationship. Dirk is very ambitious and has every knowledge of the recruiting process. This makes him a valuable asset for Berger Consultants.

Backoffice
Yichui Chen joined our team at the beginning of 2024 and has since managed all processes in the company, which mostly run in the background. His strengths lie in coordinating and completing any tasks that arise in the back office. Yuchui thus ensures that the company runs smoothly.
